Richard D. Meinders, Esq.

Richard “Chip” Meinders graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1983. After completing a judicial clerkship in 1985, he has served individuals and couples, the elderly, public bodies, and small businesses by providing reliable and dependable legal counsel for more than 25 years. He is a founding member of the Lakehurst Historical Society and he presents monthly legal forums at the Jackson Township Senior Center. He is a member of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce and an inductee of the Jackson Memorial Hall of Fame. Chip lives in Jackson with his wife and two sons, and enjoys reading about history, philosophy, and the physical sciences.

Ann Marie Hodgson

Ann Marie has been with us for 25 years. She works primarily with Estate Planning clients, and has experience in every field the law firm practices. Ann Marie is also the general bookkeeper. She lives by the bay with her husband and daughter and is an avid reader.

Dawnmarie Hare

Dawnmarie has been with us since 1998. She is Mr. Meinders’ primary Real Estate paralegal, working with Mr. Meinders from the beginning of Attorney Review through to the closing date, and handling post-closing issues. She has lived in Ocean County most of her life, and currently resides in Barnegat with her husband and two sons.

Joshua Hartwell

Joshua has been with our office since 2009, working as Mr. Meinders legal assistant for Estate Administration matters, the in-house tech-support, and the webmaster of this website. He also assists Mr. Meinders with Estate Planning, and Real Estate. He studied Computer Science and Mathematics prior to working with us. His interests include running a small business in Toms River, frisbee, reading, and computer programming. He was born and raised in Lakewood, where he currently resides.

Blake Conti

Blake joined us in 2014 and is Mr. Meinders’s assistant for Real Estate. He had previously studied Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics at Rutgers University. He currently lives in Brick, NJ.
